Chef James received his degree from Texas Tech University in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management as well as a degree from the Le Cordon Bleu, Texas Culinary Academy. James has 12 years of restaurant experience working with many styles of cuisine and has a multi-cultural influence from family and close friends. All of these elements are evident in his elaborate and distinctive menus.

Corey is the Manager at Silver & Stone. He has been in the service industry for 10 years ranging from restaurants to hotels to sports bars. He will make you feel like family. He strives to ensure that the staff is capable of delivering the level of service you will come to expect from Silver & Stone.
